We then take instructions from you to negotiate on your behalf. Working closely with you, we formulate an action plan based on an offer price that fits your available resources, and a contingency plan to respond to subsequent counter offers. We then use our professional skills to negotiate on your behalf to secure the property at the lowest possible price and on the best possible terms for private treaty sales. If the target property is to be sold via auction we will attempt to buy pre-auction. If this is not possible, we will attend the auction and bid on your behalf or negotiate post-auction if the property remains available.
