Charges and Contracts
On the successful conclusion of a sale and purchase contract through the instrumentality of Property Buy NZ Ltd our charges are 2% of the purchase price + GST Please note: We do not expect our clients to pay a retainer or any engagement fees. Because we rely on a fee being payable at the end of each transaction rather than at the beginning it is very important that a full description of property being sought is indicated.
